A partnership agreement between the WBCG and the Ukrainian platform “Women in Business” was signed on May 19, 2023

A memorandum of collaboration was signed between the Women Business Council of Georgia, chaired by Natia Meparishvili, and the Ukrainian Platform “Women in Business,” represented by Nadiya Lysetska. The MoU states that the organizations’ objective is to conduct cooperation projects to create networking accessibility for Georgian and Ukrainian women entrepreneurs. WBCG participating in the WE-Champs (Strengthening the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem by Networking Regional Women’s Chambers of Commerce and Business Associations) program this year, which helps women’s chambers of commerce and business associations in Europe and Eurasia strengthen services for women entrepreneurs and address barriers to their economic participation. The program was launched by the Secretary during the announcement of the United States Strategy for Global Women’s Economic Security. Eleven women’s business associations from Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Georgia, Kosovo, Moldova, Serbia, Slovakia, and Ukraine are participating in the program.
